Your company' directors are personally responsible for submitting yearly accounts and the company's annual return to the Registrar of Companies. Pre-signed, undated resignation letter from a nominee director, general power of attorney signed by a nomine director, indemnity letter for the general power of attorney and the agreement for the provision of nominee service and indemnification of nominees.
