The Visitor acknowledges:

The Visitor undertakes:
Not to use the information for any unlawful purpose. The Visitor will indemnify and defend Coddan against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of a breach of this contract or any use of the information or the web site by the Visitor.
The Visitor acknowledges that Coddan has no control over the nature or content of information or programs transmitted or received by the Visitor using the web site and that Coddan does not examine in any way the use to which the Visitor puts the web site. The Visitor agrees to fully indemnify Coddan against any claims or legal proceedings arising in connection with Visitor's use of the web site which are brought or threatened against Coddan by any other person.
- Intellectual Property
The Visitor acknowledges that all copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in the information shall remain vested in Coddan or its licensor.
- Suspension And Termination
Coddan shall have the right to immediately terminate this Contract and/or suspend the web site if the Visitor commits a breach of the Terms and Conditions.
- Visitor Data
Coddan reserves the right to include the name, address and other relevant information relating to the Visitor in a directory for the use of Coddan, unless specifically requested by the Visitor in writing not to do so.
Coddan cannot guarantee the security or privacy of the web site and any information or communication to or from the web site by the Visitor.
- Changes To The Terms And Conditions
Coddan reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time by placing a note of such change in this file and the Visitor's continued use of the Web Site following notice of such change shall be deemed to be the Visitor's acceptance of any such change. It is the Visitor's responsibility to check this file regularly to determine whether this contract has been changed. - Severability

No waiver by Coddan shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.

Coddan does not knowingly solicit information from children and we do not knowingly market the Site or its services to children. No one under the age of 13 should submit any personal information to Coddan and/or the Site.
